During one of the hottest anticipated days of the week, One Hour AC saved the day! Our technician, Dan, was courteous and knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. He got the AC up and running in less than 2 hours.

We had a heating issue with one of our units on Sunday. The technician came as promised the next day between 8 to 12 noon. They explained the issue over the phone and took care of it for us. He also checked both of the units as well. I signed up for the maintenance plan, which was more cost-effective than the service call. I normally don't sign up for plans, but this one is worth it. They are already calling to schedule my plumbing and electrical maintenance check. Great services!
